Please verify that your game software and your system software is up-to-date.
You might also want to try to do a powercycle:

1. Completely turn off your PlayStation 4.
2. Wait until the power indicator light stops blinking and unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
3. Wait approximately 30 seconds and plug the power cord back into the console
4. Turn on your PS4 and try to see if this fixed the issue.

If above don't work, have you tried to reinstall the game? (reinstall on original hdd if you use a secondary)
