Are you using a USB mic, or is it connected with a 3.5mm jack?

Gotcha!
Where are you trying to adjust the mic volume? I know that I had some issues in the past with Windows not allowing me to adjust the mic volume slider when I was using a USB mic, but it looks like this is something they may have changed at some point since then.
I currently use a USB mic as well (it's a condenser mic, not a headset though), and I'm able to adjust the levels through the Windows Sound settings. If you right-click on the volume icon on your taskbar and click on Open Sound Settings, are you able to see your mic there under Input? If so, click on Device Properties there and see if you're able to adjust the mic volume that way.
I'm wondering if adjusting the mic volume in the Windows 10 Settings might work if you're unable to do it the "old" way through the Sound Control Panel. Let me know how that goes for you. Thanks!

If you go to the Windows sound settings form the steps I mentioned above does it give you the option to change the Mic volume there? Windows has a couple different places where you can adjust the mic volume, so I'm wondering it might work in the main Windows Sound Settings area.

here? its maxed out already

Gotcha, thanks!
It's definitely weird that Windows wouldn't be applying the same volume settings for your mic in both places. Do you still have Voicemeeter installed, or did you remove it from your PC?
/Kent
it is completly removed i did test with another one called equalizer or something like that and grouped with Peace that allows me to boost the mic alot BUT it does give same effect as voicemeter and prety much removes all ingame steps so that one was also removed again and now i only use the normal setup with windows

Got it, thanks!
There are a few other things we could try in Windows that might help with this. First, have you tried running the Recording Sound Troubleshooter to see if that helps? If you open up your Settings and then go to Update & Security you should see a Troubleshooting tab over on the left side.
On the Troubleshoot page you should then see an option for Recording Audio if you scroll down a bit. Can you try running that to see if it's able to identify any issues? Let me know how it goes when you can.
Thanks again.
/Kent
i just ran the troubleshooter and it looks like its not able to find any problems with the headset mic, i was thinking that there might be a software for the headset that some times come with keyboards mouses headsets etc but as far im not able to find any either so i will gues that it dosnt exist any for my headset

HyperX does have a software called NGenuity, but as far as I know that's just for controlling RGB. I don't think it has any audio features.
This mic volume issue is something I've been seeing with Windows 10 for quite a while. I had the same issue myself several years ago, but for me it stopped happening at some point in the past. It seems like it's something in Windows itself, so there are a few other things we can try.
Sometimes there can actually be a Privacy setting issue that prevents the mic from being accessed. Can you check this as well?
1. Go to Windows Settings and click on Privacy
2. Click on Microphone and make sure that it says Microphone access for this device is on.
3. Enable the toggle for Allow apps to access your microphone
4. Under Choose which apps can access your microphone make sure that Desktop App Web Viewer is enabled
5. Scroll down further and make sure you have Allow desktop apps to access your microphone enabled
Let me know if that helps once you've had the chance to try it out.

Got it, thanks for trying that out.
There is one more thing we can try that could help. In some cases it looks like having Fast Startup enabled in Windows may be related to this issue. If you're comfortable with disabling that option it might be worth a try as well.
If that's something you'd like to try you can disable it using the following steps:
1. Go to your Windows Settings and select System
2. Go to Power & Sleep, then click on Additional Power Settings
3. Click on Choose what the power button does
4. Click on Change Settings that are currently unavailable
5. Uncheck the box for Fast Startup and save your changes.
After that try shutting down and restarting your PC and see if you're still having trouble changing the mic volume. Let me know how that goes if you're able to give it a try.

I now also have issue with the new treasure event Daily challenge with timer for reset being 1 week so i cant progress The missions and have atm missed out on a full days missions
