UPDATE

Been 5/6 days without input lag. Might be the servers getting good again or uninstaling the xbox companion realy was doing something but everything is good now.

@Unpaid_Jesus Can you tell me how did you uninstall Xbox bar companion I tried by the easy method but I cannot select the "uninstall" so I did another way command or power shell which I don't remember the method manual removing package appand I'm not sure if I removed well since I don't saw on the list. Thanks you and by the way I found someone who got resolved by the same method as you by removing Xbox bar companion but it was few months ago. I think it's one the most solution for people who get random freeze actually Ucmd delay input lag

Honestly i just searched on the menu and right clicked. Unistall was right there and it worked for me. I restarted/rebooted the pc and it was completly gone. If u search on the menu and it doesnt come up , probably u did it well.
There are alot of vids on YT that shows how to uninstal/remove via powershell and other ways. For me it was the simplest right click but there are some pc's that dont allow it.
