Re: Internet is fine. High ping in Apex Legends

Yesterday and all the days before I was playing fine on 30ms, now suddenly I'm having ping spikes of 300ms and can't play the game at all.

All my Data centers have similar high ping so no server is playable anymore.

This is only happening in Apex for me, as soon as I stop playing Apex or I play another game my ping returns to normal. But when I enter a match in Apex my ping goes to 300

This has been happening to me since the S9 Genesis update. Only difference is that when I change the data centre, all of them have 2-4% packet loss but normal ping (17-30).

However, when I go into the game my ping immediately starts fluctuating between 40-70 and sometimes beyond that to 100+. Generally, it feels like my game is stuttering when this happens and I get FPS drops as well.

Have troubleshooted with an EA engineer to no avail.

A similar thing is happening to me. Prior to season 10 I could play on my own server and I would always have consistant ping (40-50). Now in season 10 about 30% of my games are 250+ ping, on my home (singapore) server. Its super frustrating especially when I am in pred lobbies, and I get beamed cause its basically unplayable. 

I'm having this exact issue on PC of all things. Chooses the closest one (Sao Paulo) which is not even remotely close (St. Louis) but even the closest one is 268 ping. 

How do I fix the ping, while in game I get an error with dots  and 2 other error. I have good internet and this only happens on apex and im also connected by ethernet. So how do i fix it
