Did you link any platforms from a different EA account? Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It looks like your PlayStation account, for example, only launched Apex on this EA account for the first time back at the very end of last year. If you had played Apex on PlayStation before that, it would have been on a different EA account.
Similar to the information above, it looks like your PlayStation account is linked to your current account now, but was previously linked to a different EA account. That would mean your progress is still on the original EA account and is why you're not seeing it show up here.
You would need to re-link the PlayStation account to its original EA account to try restoring access to that progress. Please see the above to get in touch with support if you need any help re-linking the original accounts. I'm afraid it's not possible to transfer or merge content between separate EA accounts.
Similar to the above, it sounds like this would be due to your Xbox account being originally linked to a different EA account, as mentioned in your earlier post. Linking it to a different account will not transfer that progress, and you'll instead lose access to it which is why it's not showing up for you.
The only option would be to try re-linking your Xbox account to a prior EA account, though if that's already been relinked to the correct account and you're still not seeing progress that would be lost I'm afraid. Any time an account is unlinked, there's the possibility of permanently losing game progress.
I've checked and the account that I've used on Xbox is connected to the account that I use currently and has been for a while. No change has been made recently
