Hello!
I have recently recieved the cross progression notice on my PC Steam account for Apex Legends and recieved Apex Coins from my old PlayStation Network Account. Those Apex Coins are great but I havent recieved any of my cosmetics from my old account; including battlepass exclusive cosmetics. My PlayStation account no longer has access to those cosmetics, as well. My PlayStation account has lost all of its content and simply became the same as my PC Steam account. Effectively, I lost an account in a process that was supposed to be a merge of two accounts.
I do have two Apex Legends profiles, one PS, one PC. (PS account from day one of Apex Legends, PC from Season 9 and onward)
I did recently link them both to a single EA account (this account), but they have existed since before Cross Progression was ever announced.
Is there a fix going out for this issue?
How will EA know what I lost if I cannot see the content that I once acquired, myself?
Is that content simply lost and the cosmetics that were gifted/purchased/aquired just gone now?
