- I received the cross-progression prompt, but not the Cross Progression merge notification. When I login on my Xbox account (Prestiged) it now shows as my PC account (Not prestiged) but is missing all of the Xbox accounts content. My accounts were linked to my EA account before the announcement of Cross Progression. My two friends that I play with recieved a pop-up window that stated that the two accounts were going to be merged, and that the highest level would be the main account. Because of this no skins (over $400 spent) were transferred neither were my Apex coins. I reached out to customer support and they stated that they couldn't help me and redirected me here.
