Re: Launch Error: Access is denied

Have the same issue. I managed to fix this by killing the Process called "Lighting" in my Taskmanager

Found this workaround in the Fortnite Forum. Someone posted:

"I closed my RGB programs, especially the one called "Lighting.exe" and this fixed it."

Sad that you have to do a Workaround like this.

  • Thanks dude! That is a whack workaround, but it worked. I would not have caught that. I think you saved me a good 30min. =)

    As outright BIZARRE at this is, I have a gigabyte mobo and disabled RBG fusion (by ctrl+alt+delete then closing aplication) and it worked. 

    RBG is apparently the devil for this game 

  • I can confirm this works. I have a GB ax370-k7 and killing RGB Fusion did the trick. Thanks ever so much.

  • Whatever launcher they're using has the same conflict as Dragonball FighterZ.

    I was hoping it was a different issue but it's identical solve..
