Re: Level 500 Bug? "Server shutting down - Internal Server Error"

@EA_Kent I have been regularly getting this message since the latest update. I play Xbox on the Dallas server. I can generally join games, but I am getting kicked from the lobby mostly (generally right before we are put into a match), and sometimes from a game that is already underway.
Once I got a code :Shoe I believe it was?

This happens alot. If I play for 5 or 6 hours, I will probably get dropped at least 5 times with the Internal Server error.

I will try a different account to see if I still get dropped.

@enite Making a new account works fine, but being level 500 is bugged unfortunately, a fix is coming tho :3

and you know I'm really upset that they didn't fix level 500 errors, we have to play our sub account to wait

@TigerGamer2001 It’s not. If they were going to fix it, they would have by now.

They’ve said nothing really about it and just leave us in the dark.

February the 4th is when we will hear anything besides “we understand your frustration”

@Gspot_Green Indeed again, it isn't the best being one of the lowest, its a long grind again but will probs hit it again, hopefully its fix then :3

@bobpop Lol, Not like i've heard that before 'cough cough' @ea anything but we have to stay cool headed as much as it sucks, we will get a patch of some sort or the game will always lose players as soon as they hit level 500 :3

@xo-AquaFina_ Plus the Pathfinder and Wattson ones are still in the shop, only the Octane and Bloodhound will be unobtainable but the Bangalore, Crypto and Caustic are available to be crafted :3

@enite The error will show no matter what level you are but once you hit 500, the error won't let you play the game :3

@EA_Kent Hey I was wondering if you guys are going to fix this bug before season 4 comes out because by the looks of it you guys don't know what's going on with this bug please I would love to spend hours talking to you and who ever else wants to talk about how we can fix this.... If the problem is around the "level 500" why not just derank everyone to 499 and stop leveling up until you guys know what's going on... Another thing is this has been happening for over a month and no one has said anything about how or what is going on... Just to keep adding on to the bugs I'm 500 level get kicked after every game I can't interact with my legends tab loadout battepass or even the store all I can do is press Y and hope I don't get error coded off your guys servers again to then wait any where from 0.2 seconds to 10 minutes to get back into the game... I Know it's alot to read and it might come off that I'm mad but I'm not mad just a little lost and confused.... all I want is to be able to play the game I love and I can't.... I haven't been able to in 5-6 weeks please some reply with a answer and ETA of when these bugs are going to be fixed
