Re: Lifeline and Bloodhound Edition problem

i have two issues, first i bought the apex lifeline and bloodhound double pack, when i loaded ingame the 2000 apex coins were given to me but the skins are nowhere to be seen ?? and the second issue is that my game will not load past matchmaking. ive had games this time of day quite often and it happened yesturday so i just thought servers were playing up but go to play today and it just says matchmaking, literally sat there for half an hour

having the same issue as you mate, also wont load past match making for me very frustrating

i chatted with customer support for 3 times and the last one told me it was their problem and there is still not a estimated time on when it is going to be fixed. All the previous 2 packs are shown as owned in extra content and only this one isnt, it just makes me not want to put money into this game anymore. Although league of legends is a game with worse game experiences in my opinion but the overall experience is better since their shop never goes like this when you buy something and never get the stuff

I recently purchased the Lifeline and Bloodhound double pack from the Origin store. I received the order confirmation via email. When I logged into the game a few minutes later, I got the 2,150 Apex Coins that were included with the double pack but I never received any of the cosmetic items that were also included. When I check my order history in my Customer Portal, it says the order has been fulfilled, but none of the cosmetic items appear in my game. Please help.
