@eXecutorQss Sorry that you're experiencing this, it's a frustrating situation and it's being worked on, with a patch due tomorrow to address such cases.

In the meantime, if you can go to each Legend profile and change any animated banner poses to a common or rare non-animated one, this has shown to significantly impact the chances of this happening, and hopefully it'll help for you.
