Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress. It is not possible to transfer or merge your progress between different EA accounts.

The only way to try restoring that progress would be to re-link the original accounts. Any time you unlink an account, there's a chance the progress will be permanently lost. This can sometimes be recovered by re-linking the original accounts. If you've already linked your PlayStation account back to its original EA account and the progress was not restored, unfortunately that would not be something we can restore manually either.
