In general, I solved the problem with loading the video card by installing the Windows 10 update to version 1909! 🥳

If the version of the anti-cheat does not match, this affects on performance.

Can anyone else confirm this works? So far it's looking very effective. 

• Tried everything under the sun nothing worked. Went into bios and took off my overclock which was fine for every other program. Set cpu to auto and frame rate is back to normal 

@EA_BlueberryI did exactly what he did. It didn't work for me. Nothing works.

on the ship, 30 fps, but if I look back as soon as the game starts everything seems to be normal and fluid. When I look at a wall too. I don't know what else to do, this can't be my luck, nor my hardware, I have a high end computer.

ANOTHER SOLUTION!

This seemed to fix it for me guys.

The game runs on max graphics an average of 70 fps not 144 though, but no freezing or jump backs yet. I just played one game and wanted to tell you guys.

This is what I did.

1. Delete Apex

2. Delete Origin 

3. Go to Windows (C🙂 --> Program Files and Delete EasyAntiCheat

4. Checked to make sure all the files were gone from my system... 

5. Apex_crash file was still there, it did not delete, I deleted this file.

If you have Apex_crash file delete it. To find it go to Search Windows (C🙂 and type in Apex. This will show you if you have any files left.

6. Empty The Recycle Bin

7. Restart PC

8. Install Origin

9. Install Apex

10. Restart PC

11. Cross your fingers.

This took me about 30 min from start to finish. And 4 weeks to find a solution.

I hope this works for you guys. 

It's strange, because I did this before and it did not work. I think it might be connected to the apex_crash file.? Because that's one thing that i did not remove.

I think in the end it's luck.

@c_oDHou_pyKou, dude, I can't believe..... For more than 3 week everyone struggled with it. And it works!!! You did something that all of EA and Respawn could not! It would be correct to say they completely ignored it. Thank you, again. I'll post again after a few days.

@DragonSplendor@EA_Blueberrycan confirm. It works for me! The steps I did were even simplier:
1) Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat, check the EasyAntiCheat.exe file date - it should be something different from 19.08 (strangely, from August)
2) Go into game folder, straight into EasyAntiCheat folder, run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe, choose any other game aside from Apex, install, switch back to Apex Legends, click "restore", finish.
3) Check back the EasyAntiCheat.exe in Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat - it should be now dated from 19.08 (August 19th)
4) Run the game and enjoy.
