    Thanks for Reply.

I have done a reinstall of Apex.
However, I have not reinstalled the Windows OS.

In addition, I made some progress.
I did the following and the FPS went up.
Downclocked the memory clock from 3600MHz to 3200MHz.
Disabled CPU power saving settings such as C-State from BIOS.

The game can now be played normally.
However, the average FPS is still lower than when I was using the Ryzen5 3600.
    I can't figure out why.

@takedamitsunari with changing CPU i do recommend reinstalling OS it always helps. IS the CPU overclocked by any chance?

    No overclocking settings are available.
Only XMP for memory is set.
The CPU clock is variable and is running at 4600MHz while playing Apex.

I did a clean install of the OS today, but the problem still persists.

When I jump right after the start, the FPS will be 90-140.
After that, it will frequently go around 110-165 in buildings.

I don't believe this is normal, but what do you admins think?
There are videos on youtube with the same Ryzen5 5600X + RTX3070 combination as mine that are always running at 165Hz and some that are always running at 240Hz.
In those videos, there is no drop to 110FPS.
