@EA_Mako Well I have also tried that but it just sends me to the page with with support options but never with a advisor. It makes me feel frustrated

    You're not seeing any support options available when resuming your current case from the link above?

    I do see you've been able to create cases in the past, so you should be able to resume it to continue replying.

    Alternatively you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if that's easier than creating a new case through the support site or resuming a current case.

  • @EA_Mako I can resume it but I would just send another email like I already have been. I’ve been sending emails but get the same response.
