Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
It looks like that's what happened here, as I'm seeing your PlayStation account was linked to this EA account shortly after our Cross Progression announcement last year. That would mean your heirloom and whatever progress was made up until that point was made on a different EA account.
You would need to track down that original EA account and try linking your PSN back there instead to try restoring access to that progress. There is not a way to transfer the progress from one EA account to another, so if you have progress on separate EA accounts there won't be a way to combine that I'm afraid.
