While you're certainly not expected to remember everything, we do expect the account owner to be able to provide certain details about an account, including some things that should never change such as the date of birth of the registered account owner.

Ultimately, if our support team cannot verify enough information about an account, for security reasons they will not be able to make changes. 

This is not something we can help update on the forums however, so please reach out to support if you'd like to continue trying to recover an account, whether this one or another.
