Thats what I tried doing, but nothing is downloaded or sent to me. It just get stuck in preparing ur data

Gotcha! Are you able to try clearing the cache and cookies or using a different web browser to see if that continues?

If it's still not moving past that point please contact support using the specific topic mentioned above instead.

If you keep the subject of the case focused on the data issue rather than mentioning a previous topic that should help make sure it's handled as a case rather than an appeal.

I tried in incognito mode and nothing, since the account is banned I cannot use another type of contact option, only the one with the dispute option is available.
