Re: Not receiving the Prime Loot from Twitch.

I found a solution to this s*** show they call linking your EA account. The issue lies within the link account through apex loot, atleast it did for me. so here is what you should try

UNLINK your account at https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections

just click disconnect.

go to https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

If u have a connection there, unlink it... i didnt have one so skip this step if it doesnt show up anyway

go to a TWITCH PRIME loot page, could be MADDEN or FIFA... click the claim now and it'll ask you to link your EA to your AMAZON account.

Follow the Instructions and link the Accounts.Check your EA Account and refresh it in the https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index Page and see if it shows your connection to Amazon. If it does start Apex and get all the loot u havent gotten over the past months that you already claimed ( atleast i got all of the ones )

Sad facts, i was getting the loadscreen drops from Apex streams but never the skins that were in the Prime Loot page. So the issue is clearly on APEX twitch primes end and not ours as it worked perfectly fine with madden / fifa

it does work for apex! for some weird reason the linking accounts works on the madden or fifa and when you try to link accounts through the apex prime page it like glitches for some of us and doesnt properly link EA to twitch prime. This is the work around the lovely guy has found to get all the apex loot you claimed but never recieved because the prime linking never worked right the first time. if that makes sense lmaoo

  • this was so helpful i was able to get 3 months of prime items thank you

  • @Axewtf What if i already claimed the loot and made sure the acc was right that EVERYTHING was right but still not getting anything?
  • @Axewtf This solution works. If anyone is having issues receiving their loot in Apex, use this solution. Just did it and it works like it's written. Thank you, kind sir. I think the issue is when you link your Amazon/Twitch account to your EA account. It doesn't properly link like it's supposed to. Because after I relinked my Amazon/Twitch to my EA, I could see it in my connections for EA, whereas before I couldn't. Not sure who's end this error is on, but it needs to be resolved. Had I not simply Googled my Apex issue, I never would've received any of my loot in Apex. Also, I think making sure your Amazon/Twitch account is linked first before you link your chosen Apex platform should help make sure it goes through properly

  • @Axewtf ive done all the steps, but it still doesnt show my connection to amazon on the myaccount ea website... wtf am i supposed to do
