Hello @EA_Mako , I have been struggling with a ban for a while now. I have disputed it and written out reasoning multiple times only to receive the same generic response. I too have received a ban on October 27th at 11:04pm. I was out of town, and I logged in with my ROG Ally and did not play a game. I have never cheated or used anything for an advantage. I have played since the beginning of Season 2 and have spent well over $1000 on the game, along with putting in countless hours. I have my Xbox and PS5 account linked to my EA account. I recently got cross-progression on the 29th of November and had no issues playing up until about 2 days ago. (Xbox and PlayStation accounts were the ones included in the merge) I would wait to connect to a match, and it would show "2 players in queue" or "5 players in queue." Something along those lines. After finally getting a game of gun run, 75% of the players' names were in Chinese/foreign language. The lag was horrible and almost unplayable. This happened just yesterday. I downloaded my data just now and have attached all the screenshots below of some helpful information. It says that I have been banned due to "competitive advantage" yet I have never used anything that would be reason to get banned. I have tried everything and reaching out to you seems to be my last resort. Thank you for your time.
- @EA_Mako I restarted my PS5 and then logged back into my PS account, but it didn't work and I still couldn't join any games.

Thank you for your answer. I logged first before writing this post and today after reading your answer and I still have the same problem.
I can't join any game and my firing range lobbies are still with more than 200ms.
Which information do you need to help me?

I am playing on PC, and I also encountered a dilemma where a person is queuing and cannot enter the matchmaking process. How can I solve this problem on PC?
