Account issues such as bans and suspensions cannot be assisted with here on AHQ.

You can dispute your ban up to 3 times, if they decide to uphold the ban after 3 attempts then nothing can really be done to change the fact.

When someone is being toxic to you, the best course of action is to mute them and report them, as usually these players want you to respond, so it's best to not give them what they want.

I get that you want to defend yourself, though that doesn't mean you can't be toxic towards them as well, the rules apply to everyone.

As far I'm aware, players don't always get a mail for every report to indicate whether it was successful or not.

I know these are sometimes sent to players, though from what I know, these are typically private matters between EA and the player that was reported, hence why players wont always be notified of it.
