Re: [PlayStation] Errors and crashing at login after the update

I keep getting this error code, started friday night, usually I get it once and then I can load into the game like normal after I press "accept and continue" but not this time. It kept showing up even after I restarted. And then I deleted and reinstalled and still got it. And then I restarted again. Still got it. Then I did a rebuild database after talking with the playstation support and I still had it. Then I rebuilt database again and still had it. And then I reinstalled again and still had it. But this morning I was hoping it would fix overnight and it didn't so I tried something, I went on my other account and started the game up and it worked. I come back to my main account and it doesn't work still. So now I dont know what the problem is cause I also looked at my EA recent penalty history and theres nothing there.

It’s happening the same to me I reset the all PlayStation and everything

Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.

If you haven't given this a try, some players found that the following steps were able to help:

Go to PS4 Settings > Application Saved Data Management

Select Saved Data in System Storage

Choose Apex Legends

Delete those files
