I'm one of the anti-lag ban victims. I filed an appeal (case ref: 157469853) because of this issue but it got rejected quickly. I really don't understand why the ban is still being upheld through no fault of ours. Can you liaise with the TOS team about this? If they need any log file or whatsoever they can get it from me. I'm very sure that whatever was triggering the ban must be the Anti-lag feature that we weren't aware of the need to turn it off. There's simply no good reason to perma ban us on this anti-lag basis.
