We have had multiple people with the same issue. I for one have had the same problem. Ever since the season 21 update I have been unable to launch the game. Check this link to the forum that's here.

@BoringMuskI have the exact same issue. There has been no fix, and no acknowledgement whatsoever.

@cyn1xx This is just sad, can you give me a way to contact you so that maybe we can investigate the thing that we have mutual that might have caused this bug

@BoringMuskAs far as I can tell from similar posts, the issue affects a range of hardware. I use a laptop, but it affects PCs too. Do you have any ideas?
