Re: Ps5 White Screen

Every time I load up Apex legends and press X this keeps coming up. I have tried everything I can think of to try and fix this issue but nothing is working! I’ve restarted the game, uninstalled the game and reinstalled multiple times, checked all my internet components and reset too but no issues there, checked my EA account and it’s fine. Please help, I’ve been playing the game since the first day and I don’t want to lose everything I’ve worked hard to get and more importantly I want to play….

@4c3299492c3357ee Hey, we're seeing folks reporting this lately.

It looks like some of the recent issues are due to issues with an unlinked persona.

You can check for both with these steps.

1. Close the game
2. Go to ea.com and choose to Sign In.
3. Choose your console's login option.
4. Follow the instructions and link your console and EA accounts if prompted.
5. Start the game back up.
