Are the funds from the failed purchase showing as pending in your bank account balance, or have they actually been withdrawn?

    The game have already deducted the money to my account but in the order history of Origin, the status still shows that the transaction has failed.
    At first I thought the transaction is going okay. Origin.com first deducted PHP53.20 or SGD1.49, then the 1000 coins, PHP567.46 or SGD16.

  • I have the same problem.I also used gcash mastercard for the payment. since this post was a month ago did your money got refunded?
