The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as bans.
The TOS team are the only ones that deal with bans. It sounds like you have exhausted all your appeals and this is a permanent ban.
The only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
