Re: sound bug - Can´t hear in front or behind of me

Yes, this is exactly my problem too! There is definitely something messed up with the positional audio in this game. I actually am running a quadraphonic speaker setup but I have to switch to stereo mode (Sound control panel > Playback > [output device] > Configure) to actually hear things properly. Hopefully they can fix this annoying bug!

Thanks. That really helped me. The sound system is configured to support 5.1, but usually it should recognise how many plugs are plugged in... Well, setting it to stereo did solve this problem. Thank you very much

@xsomatax i tried to do that but it doesnt work, any other way i can solve this? my game used to work fine, but since i rebooted my windows i have this problem.

Same here. I also suspect that the newest windows update could be the issue. Any solutions?
