Yeah I have had this problem ever since the game came out on Xbox. I built my new PC about 2 months ago and Apex is the only game I have audio problems with. I somehow solved the problem (PLEASE NOTE I HAVE AN ASUS BOARD USING REALTEK AUDIO) I right clicked on the volume adjuster in the task bar then went to sounds, there should be a tab at the top that allows you to choose devices, if you are using headphones like me, choose speakers. Then press configure and choose just left and right as your configuration. It worked for me, and if it messes anything up you can always save multiple profiles on Realtek so you can revert back to your original setup.
