HI @Disputjam Thanks for the additional information, can you go through the following and try out the steps if you have not as well?

• Repair EAC
• Clear Origin Cache  
• Repair Apex Via Origin
• Repair VC++ (found in the installation of apex "[storage drive]:\[Any path you created for the install directoy]/Apex\__Installer\vc/reddist"
  • There should be ones for 2015, 2021, 2010 run all installers for each and select repair. 
• System File Checker tool Then check for Windows and GPU (Driver) updates
