it says “Profile is logged onto another device

So I linked my Xbox and Nintendo and it’s telling me it’s already logged on another device and I’ve restarted my console and it still says that and I can’t fix it yet my switch is turned off fully and logged out of it and it won’t fix

protactinium117 On the platform that can log in, return to the main menu and give it about 15 seconds. You should then be able to log in on the other platform.

Note: Be sure to go through the game's menus to return to the main menu, (don't just restart the game).
