Re: unknown file version (audio ship general stream patch_1.mstr)

@AteszWantCookies What you could try is to shut down the app and then go to your ea folder and find the file related to the issue. The file should be located at: Apex Legends\audio\ship

Find and delete the file named "general_stream_patch_1.mstr"
When this is done, open your launcher and repair / check the integrity of the game files. the file should be redownloaded and this should solve the issue.

Hi. I've done what you suggested and redownloaded the problematic file after deleting, but the same crash still occurs. I also tried verifying the game files in Steam and it marked 3 files as bad and redownloaded them, yet the same error keeps coming back. I haven't been able to play in two weeks.becaude of this recurring crash. Also, mine is slightly different. It just says unknown file version (audio\ship\general_stream.mstr).
