In order to unlink the accounts you will need to follow the steps in this article: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account

As you've mentioned that you don't have access to that EA account, you might need to contact EA Help Support for assistance unlinking the accounts as we're unable to assist with account changes here on AHQ.
