Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended
I demand a reasonable explanation from your company. As a loyal Apex Legends player who registered in 2021 and has played for nearly 570 hours, I was suddenly banned on March 5, 2026, right after installing the latest game patch—before I even entered the lobby. I never received any ban notification email from your company.
I have never been banned in any other online game. My highest rank was Diamond, and I am currently Gold. Since creating this account, I have never cheated, used any third-party software or hardware, or gained any unfair advantage.
What’s ridiculous is that you wrongfully banned my account in 2023 due to your own mistakes and only unbanned it automatically two weeks later. Over the past week, I have tried to appeal, only to find that my appeal rights and support access have been revoked. I cannot get the same help as other players. Even a new sub-account I created just to contact support lost its support access right after I spoke to an agent.
I have been denied legitimate channels to defend myself. It is like being wrongfully accused and then silenced. I have reported countless cheaters who ruined the game but never got any response. Yet a fair player like me gets permanently banned. This is unacceptable.
To make things even worse, your customer support team is extremely arrogant.
I am now giving up on my account completely. I no longer wish to appeal or have this account unbanned.
Out of desperation, I can only expose your company’s appalling treatment of players on social media. Apex Legends was the best game I have ever played, but EA is the worst game company I have ever encountered.
After this statement, I am uninstalling the game for good. I will never again spend my time or money on any EA title.
