Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

Hi EA Support and fellow Apex players,

 

I’m writing to ask for urgent help with my Apex Legends account. My account was previously banned, and now when I try to log in, it shows "Your account has been locked" instead of the usual ban message.

 

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

 

1. I reset my EA account password successfully.

2. I tried to contact EA Help advisors through the support page, but every time I select any issue related to account lock/unban, it says "Advisor does not support this issue" and blocks me from starting a chat.

3. I’ve checked my ban history, but I can’t find clear details about the lock reason or how to appeal.

 

I believe this ban/lock might be a mistake, and I really want to get my account back to play Apex Legends again. I can provide all necessary account verification information (EA ID, registered email, purchase history, etc.) to prove I’m the rightful owner.

 

Could someone from EA Support please help me review my account case and guide me through the unlock/appeal process?
