Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I am writing this to request an immediate escalation to a senior Terms of Service supervisor. My account was banned due to an in-game physics GLITCH in the Firing Range, which did not violate any competitive integrity or affect other players.

I am a legitimate player who has invested significant time and money into this account (EA ID: gcawatw). The previous automated bot rejections (Case #249966793) within minutes clearly show that no human has actually reviewed my Firing Range log data.

Under EA's own User Agreement, I have the right to a fair, MANUAL HUMAN REVIEW for sanctions. Please stop sending automated templates and have a real ToS specialist look into the server-side movement data of that Firing Range session. Thank you.

Hi EA_mplsnow  , sorry for the direct tag, but I noticed you are actively helping players regarding anticheat false positives.

I just posted my case above (Case #249966793). My account was permanently banned over a server-side physics GLITCH in the Firing Range (NOT a live match, zero impact on other players).

The problem is, the web appeal system keeps auto-denying my case via bots within minutes, completely bypassing human review. I have attached the screenshot of the bot rejections in my main post.

I completely understand that CMs don't handle bans directly, but since the standard channel is currently bugged with bot loops, could you PLEASE help me pass this specific Case number to a real human specialist in the ToS higher team? I just need a manual review of my Firing Range log data. Thank you so much for your time!

    Hey gcawatw

Thanks for taking the time to describe the situation. This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we don't have the tools to escalate or discuss your appeal here on the forums, so creating an appeal as you have is the right way forward.

Once that appeal is submitted, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. This review is conducted by a human advisor, not an automated system. If the team finds evidence supporting the ban, you may receive a "appeal declined" message. In that case, feel free to directly include any evidence you have that supports your innocence and appeal again.

In the meantime, you can keep an eye on the status of the appeal(s) on your case history page. Thanks!
