Hey @kjempus I can assure you that our TOS team fully investigates any appeal they receive.

The best thing to do is to fill our a second appeal with as much info as possible.

This same * literally just happened to me...i was getting ready to start my stream up and did a warmup match dropped 9 kills with almost 2k dmg hopped in the lobby to start another game and BAM same message about being banned. I hope EA understands that people run LEGAL 3rd party software for other applications that can inflict this types of bans. Its a joke to those who actually dont cheat and are falsely labeled as cheaters. Appeal process is a joke. Has been for everygame...you get another people who report you for said cheating and they just ban you....they dont look into anything. Time to make another account.

No need to make a alt account. Some kid will get mad because he got killed by a low level player, report you again for smurfing, and banned again. Happened to me 3 dang times today! Ive sent in an appeal as well. I main seer, so anytime i can track through a wall to have the upper hand, i do so. Im guessing thats what i got reported for. Who knows. But just a piece of advice, make a alt account and do any good, youll get banned. again. and again. and again. Ive sank 100s of dollars into my account and got the boot. Meanwhile all these high end streamers are doing wicked moves and movement and really shady shots with shady recoil and somehow there still on the game. 

No they don't its a AI or people on cue cards with no training.
