Re: What to do if your Apex Legends account got banned or suspended

I got the same problem for 3 months! AFter investigate they still consider that im the one who playing cheat! And they declined my cases 3 times and they dont want to fix it!

On Tuesday I played apex legends as usual and I lost my RP a lot.
I feel so bad,uninstall it and reinstall it on Wednesday and found myself got banned.

I do create the case but there was no evidence "I was cheating" because I uninstalled it...

I uninstall apex and reinstall apex on the next day, steam id is "Frozenyogurt"

I am not a good player at all. My k/d is not even 0.5.

How could people like me "was cheating" and stuck at platinum iv 4800...
