Hey all, you will need to speak with our TOS team in relation to any ban on your account.
Darko It's been more than 2 weeks since I submitted my ticket, any updates on when I should be hearing back?

Hey @Conceptseu, we would not be able to give you a time frame for a response from the team.
The best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response from them.

Same thing here. I didn't play for a while, when I came back I was banned. It's been 20 days since I sent to support and they didn't respond. I had about 20k games.
It's nearing 3 weeks.. I would like to participate in this event on my main and purchase things on either my main or new account knowing that I won't get banned for no reason on my second account again..

Hey all, you will need to wait for our TOS team to reply to your appeal. We would not be able to offer you a time frame for when you can expect a response.

Darko Yeah, me either, turns out someone got into my account by hacking, I realized it after I read my EA Data. And they dont give any respond to my case yet.
I'm in the same boat... I was banned around a month ago, and while they won't tell me what I did, won't help me either.
I'm a 60+ year old Catholic Deacon. I'm no angel, but the LAST thing I would do is cheat in a computer game. I have well over a thousand hours in BF5 and earlier BF games... look at my record. I've played EA games for well over 20 years, am a Origin supporter, and haven't had as much as a warning before.
What sucks the most, is I play with my 6 and 8 year old grandsons. They have their favorite characters, favorite skins...
Maybe I have some old software that flagged me or something, but there is NO way I knowingly cheated. If they at least tell me what they think I did, I could look into it. ☹️
