Did not receive Battle Pass items after 5 hours of purchase

I bought the Prodigy Split 2 Battle Pass from the EA Store and haven't received any of the items yet. I restarted my game, logged out and logged back in and restarted my system too. It shows that the transaction was successful and it shows that the items in the battle pass are claimed too, but I haven't received them. What do I do? I tried raising a complaint with EA Advisors but it says they don't support those complaints...

    Hey ttvbhargava​,

    From what I can see here, it looks like your recent successful purchase was for the battle pass upgrade, not the actual battle pass. The purchase for the actual battle pass just before that seems to have failed. That's likely the reason it looks like the items were claimed but you don't actually have access to them.

    The support team wouldn't be able to grant the in-game content, but you may need to reach out regarding a refund for this instead, as the wrong item was purchased. Alternatively, you could purchase the battle pass itself using the same payment method for the most recent, successful transaction, which should also grant access from that point.

    But doesn't it say that I'll receive the Ultimate along with the Premium? It says so in the website itself! I don't even have the option to buy the Premium.

    The premium would use Apex Coins, while the Ultimate or Ultimate+ would use real money. If you had the Ultimate and wanted to get the Ultimate+, that would be the upgrade. I don't have all the details, but what you ended up with was just the upgrade after a prior transaction failed to go through.

    You can start on this refund page to see if you're able to process that from your end directly. If you run into trouble with that, you'll need to open a case to speak with support again.
