Got penalty for a DDOS attack

So I just queued a game and suddenly started having permanent rollbacks so I just couldn't move, my friend ended up getting kicked and then I got kicked but he didn't get a penalty although I did. I therefore lost 162 RP due to entry cost + abandon penalty. Is there a way to revert this loss ?
