My account was banned without giving me a reason and I have talked to a representative in a live chat and they said someone would contact me within 10 days and it never happened. I am still banned and have not gotten a response from anyone. I don’t understand how I can spend so much time and money on a game just to get banned without a reason. I’m so angry about this because I’m losing hope that I can get my account back.
When this happened i got banned last night without showing the reason, i was out of Home all day, i was expecting the support to anwser me the mail that i sent but reading your comments i'm afraid i losed My account

It is odd that so many players are getting ban and don’t know the reason for ban .
I was banned and wasn’t even on my iPad I was in hospital during the time they banned me.i don’t understand what game they are playing with their members that are making them money.,Something just doesn’t make sense.people love their games as they are a big part of their lives.invested money. Have been reading on all that have been banned,most don’t know why?If they are not lifting anyone ban time to start with someone else surely
