I don't know what investigation they conducted and how they confirmed that they had benefitted from cheating on my account.
What's certain is that I didn't cheat.

In fact, if you look at the Steam list, you can check your login history from other countries.
However, after that, my account did not release the suspension of the account saying that cheating records are detected only by "the very fact that they were cheating."
There is a catch in the words themselves, but they didn't care at all, and they said they wouldn't release it because there was a record of cheating on the account itself.
