Re: When I start apex it appears white screen

Hi @VeavB

If you haven't already can we give the following a try?

  1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
  2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
  3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
  4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

Cheers!

Doesn’t work. I’ve done all of this and more and still the same. Idk how to see what programs are interfering with apex but I ended/uninstalled just about every single one and still busted. Almost 2 weeks
