Re: Why does EA not vet their bans

What if I haven't received an email from you. Like for instance right now. Who do I talk to next because no one is clarifying this situation.

    @Jmist0288

    Please note that I do not work for EA as stated in my signature line.

    I am a volunteer helper.

    I am not giving you the run around but providing you with info and options you can use.

    You may try logging in to EA help and checking the my cases section.

    Alternatively you can try connecting with an advisor for live chat via EA help https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help

    Other than that there is no other way to assist you as there is no direct e-mail that can be given.

    Yea man I got your a volunteer but u answered didn't you? That's all I need is some kind of answer but if I don't get the answer I need I'll be back

  • Here we go it was declined again and yet no email like I was told there would be explaining why I'm banned. I attached the file below. This is getting ridiculous no one has an answer on my ban and now for some reason I'm talking to a volunteer. I want answers on this.

    Hey @Jmist0288,

    As @Asmodeus566 correctly mentioned, we cannot assist with any account bans or suspensions on the forums. That would include providing details about the action that took place or making any changes to said action.

    The only team able to review or change a ban will be our Terms of Service team, which you can reach via appeal here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    You're welcome to submit an additional appeal if yours was declined, however if the ToS team has declined to remove a penalty after multiple appeals, that will be final and not something we can change here either.

    I'm seeing you've received replies to each case that has been opened, and should be able to review those in your case history page. Aside from that, you'll want to check for any filters that may moving emails from @ea.com or @e.ea.com addresses to your junk/trash/spam folders, etc.

    Since we cannot assist with this on the forums I'll be closing the thread down here, thanks.
