I am registered as a member in an ALGS event but have not earned my ALGS badge, and the error message on the web site Battlefy indicates that my account is not recognized as a player because I have not reached the standard (50 LV). However, my APEX account level is over 700. I request that this error be corrected and that I be awarded an ALGS badge. However, there are other players like me who are only registered as ALGS members but have not played in any matches, and they also have badges. I am entitled to the ALGS badge.
