Apex Legends PS4 Reset

Hello I've been playing Apex Legends since around 2019 and had merged my accounts some time ago before taking a break. After taking a break from the game, I recently tried to get back on, but I'm running into an issue: it seems that my PSN account has been linked to the wrong EA account and all my PlayStation progress has been lost. It shows that I’m level 50 something when I was over 400 or 500 the last time I played. I already tried talking to support, and they made me link one of my emails and that didn’t work or do anything so now I have to wait 6 months.

To clarify, I did change my EA  and PSN email in the past, but idk if that information is relevant. Plus I logged into the EA app on my PC using two separate email addresses that I believed were tied to my original Apex/PlayStation account. However, neither of those EA accounts show my full progress—specifically, trophies and purchases. For example, on my PSN app, I can see my Apex Legends progress at 100%, with all my trophies and content. But when I log into the EA accounts I’m thinking of, I only see partial progress, which confirms to me that neither of those accounts are the one originally linked to my PSN
