Re: Wired Controller disconnects all the time

Hi @MatoruNSG, 

What happens if you start your PC in a Clean Boot before you launch Apex Legends? If there's anything else that could be causing the controller to disconnect that may help narrow it down. 

You can find more info on how to set up a Clean Boot at the EA Help website. Let me know how that goes when you have the chance. Thanks!

    @EA_Kent Hi, sorry for the late reply. I have now started my PC with a Clean Boot with the only Services not disabled (apart from Microsoft services) being my antivirus software (AVG Antivirus, AVG Firewall Service, avgbIDSAgent, AvgWscReporter) and Steam Client Service (I initially had this off but then Steam asked me to reinstall it when I would launch a game, so I turned it on again).
    However my controller still gets disconnected every couple of hours.
