A few things to note based on what you've shared.
First, we are unable to remove the linking cooldown as this applies to all accounts. We will need to wait 6 months before additional changes can be made.
Second, If you are trying to link your PSN and Steam accounts together for Apex Legends Cross progression. Please note if you have to unlink either from the first EA account they were linked to (to get them linked to the same EA account) you will not be able to take any progress/items that the platform had with you.
This is because progress/items are stored at the EA account level, If you have more progress on the PSN account you may want to get the Steam account linked to it instead.
- Also, if you have already unlinked both you may notice progress/items missing (since they are stored on their first EA account), to attempt to recover your progress/items you will want to link them back to their original EA account.
