Recent Gameplay Enhancement Bans

Lately, a lot of long-time players, including myself, have been getting banned for “gameplay enhancement,” and these bans don’t reflect any cheating on our part.

It’s strange that so many bans have appeared in just the last month, often hitting players with thousands of hours in the game, and the process offers no real way to appeal.

I’m opening this thread to see if anyone has more information about what’s happening, or if anyone has been able to get a solution from EA. Any insight would be appreciated.
